• Madhive is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Ad Operations Specialist to play a key role in the end-to-end support of our programmatic advertising campaigns. You’ll bring hands-on expertise across multiple buying platforms and act as a go-to resource for inquiries and troubleshooting relating to our campaigns and user platform. This is a great next step for someone who’s mastered the fundamentals of ad operations and is ready to take on more strategic and technical responsibility within the team.

Responsibilities

• Triage platform issues, perform troubleshooting, report bugs to Engineering, and provide updates to stakeholders
• Investigate programmatic campaign configuration issues and collaborate across teams to implement fixes
• Configure website tracking pixels and troubleshoot pixel placement
• Address client inquiries regarding campaign capabilities and behaviors; provide client support over emails and calls
• Proactively provide campaign tactic and configuration recommendations based on client objectives
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve operational speed and accuracy
• Participate in building team resources such as documentation and training materials
• Independently manage workload and maintain accountability for any assigned tasks
• Lead small projects or audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, media buying, or campaign management.
• Proficient in ad serving platforms, DSPs, and tracking systems (experience with multiple platforms preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating data to drive decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.
• Passionate about advertising technology and continuous learning in an evolving ecosystem.

Benefits

• The approximate compensation range for this position is $42,200-$55,000 The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
