- This position will be responsible for developing innovative business and technology solutions that help Covius clients improve operational efficiency. As a Relationship Manager, you will understand the business challenges of Covius clients and, through working with both client and Covius staff to develop solutions that solve for a client’s business needs and drive satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Account Managers to serve a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the Covius mortgage services product suite and your ability to apply planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions.
- Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.
- Provide high quality "trusted advisor" advice to customers to ensure appropriate planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions are proposed.
- Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups. This includes interaction with production teams to provide the best possible products for the clients.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Covius clients to ensure information and decisions are made by the agreed deadlines.
- Communicate with clients about process and products that Covius provides.
- Assist with the drafting and coordinating proposals for potential Covius partners.
- Manage programs/project performance from inception through deployment.
- Collaborate with clients and our go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state-of-the art solutions for our clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership about client trends, strategy and reporting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experienced in managing people and processes to achieve organizational goals.
- Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition.
- Document generation and print fulfillment experience.
- Previous experience managing a small team with shared goals.
- Previous experience in managing relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.
