Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to maximizes resource efficiency through the end-to-end resource cycle from schedule creation through precise placement assuring the right person is at the right place at the right time. Analyze RMC trends, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation. Ensure customer service needs are met by coordinating and adjusting staffing needs a timely manner. Create reports to be used for capacity planning within the RMC. Coordinate with other departments when outages occur and calls must be redirected. Provide guidance for team members, clinics, and other areas by creating a positive work environment to maintain patient and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in an office or call center environment required.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently required.
- Two years of relevant scheduling experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with writing and updating reports preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs preferred.
