• This role is responsible for helping lead the multi-year transformation of Enterprise FP&A, with a focus on improving the effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and connectivity of processes across the team. The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of FP&A, data and technology capabilities, and a process improvement mindset who can help shape and execute the roadmap for how Enterprise FP&A develops, analyzes, and delivers financial information to executive management.
• Reporting to the Director of Enterprise FP&A, this role partners closely with the broader Enterprise FP&A team to understand end-to-end processes across planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and decision support; identify opportunities for improvement; and design and implement solutions that simplify work, improve data quality and transparency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen analytical capabilities.
• Over the next several years, the role will be expected to materially advance Enterprise FP&A toward a more integrated operating model by reducing fragmented and manual processes, increasing standardization and automation, improving connectivity across planning and reporting, and creating greater capacity for forward-looking analysis and decision support. Success will be measured not only by the implementation of new tools and processes, but by tangible improvements in cycle times, data quality, consistency, user experience, and the amount of FP&A capacity redirected toward higher-value work.
• The role works cross-functionally with Finance Transformation & Enablement, SBU FP&A teams, and aligned data and technology teams to translate FP&A business needs into practical process, data, reporting, and technology solutions. A key expectation is to connect these efforts across the end-to-end FP&A value chain, challenge existing ways of working, and move improvements from concept through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• 1. Partners across Enterprise FP&A to understand end-to-end processes, business requirements, pain points, and opportunities to improve how financial information is produced, analyzed, and consumed. Proactively identifies opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate low-value activities, improve controls and consistency, and create more scalable ways of working.
• 2. Leads process improvement initiatives across management reporting, forecasting, planning, performance analysis, and other recurring Enterprise
• FP&A activities, applying a strong understanding of FP&A processes to determine where improvements require changes to process, data, technology, roles, or ways of working.
• 3. Helps advance Enterprise Finance toward its long-term planning vision through the continued development and adoption of Anaplan , partnering with Planning & Analytics, SBU FP&A teams, Product Owners, and the broader Anaplan Community of Practice to align priorities, share capabilities and best practices, and develop increasingly connected and scalable planning processes across the Enterprise.
• 4. Leverages technology to modernize and automate FP&A processes , including Power BI, Finance BI, Anaplan, Excel, workflow and automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools. Identifies opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data transparency and quality, strengthen analytical capabilities, and enable FP&A teams to spend more time on value-added analysis and decision support.
• 5. Partners closely with Finance Transformation & Enablement, aligned data and technology teams , and SBU FP&A organizations to translate FP&A needs into clear business requirements, prioritize opportunities, and ensure process and technology improvements align with broader Finance transformation, data, and technology strategies.
• 6. Leads projects and workstreams from problem definition and solution design through implementation and adoption , establishing clear objectives, requirements, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities and applying strong project and change management discipline throughout execution.
• 7. Drives adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working by developing clear documentation, communicating the rationale and expected benefits of changes, gathering stakeholder feedback, and helping teams successfully transition to new solutions.
• 8. Serves as the Finance representative across, transformation, data, and technology teams , building alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.
• 9. Measures and communicates the impact of process and technology improvements , including changes in cycle time, manual effort, data quality, consistency, user experience, and the capacity available for higher-value analysis and decision support.

Requirements

• Strong background in FP&A, finance transformation, or a related finance role, with experience across planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and executive decision support.
• Demonstrated process improvement mindset, with experience redesigning workflows, simplifying processes, and reducing manual or low-value work.
• Strong understanding of finance technology and data capabilities, ideally including Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, automation, and emerging AI tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from problem definition and solution design through implementation, adoption, and measurement of results.
• Ability to translate Finance business needs into clear process, data, reporting, and technology requirements for technical partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across Finance, data, technology, and transformation teams without direct authority.
• Analytical, intellectually curious, and change-oriented, with a track record of challenging existing ways of working and delivering measurable business impact.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
