• In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
• This role sits within Marketing, working alongside Sales and Product to make sure every trade show, conference, and webinar builds real pipeline, not just brand awareness. You'll report to our Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Field Marketing, and be one of the people on the ground making sure our presence at these events actually converts.

Responsibilities

• You'll own event execution end-to-end, from the first vendor call to the post-show report, for the trade shows, launches, and webinars that put MaintainX in front of the frontline-operations buyers who need us most.
• Run full-cycle logistics for trade shows, conferences,from venue and vendor selection through on-site execution and teardown.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align every event around one goal: pipeline and revenue, not just attendance.
• Manage event budgets and vendor relationships that keep quality high without letting costs creep.
• Track performance against pipeline and engagement targets in Salesforce, Asana, and our reporting tools, and turn that data into recommendations for where we show up next.
• Build and distribute event marketing materials that stay on-brand and on-message across every touchpoint.
• You'll work closely with our sales and product marketing teams, and within your first 6-12 months you'll have a track record of events that reps, marketers, and leadership all point to as clearly worth the spend.

Requirements

• Must-haves
• 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Ability to quantitatively report on pipeline attribution from events
• Comfortable owning an event budget and managing multiple vendor and venue relationships at once
• Strong written and verbal communicator who can brief stakeholders and run a room on-site
• Organized enough to keep several events moving in parallel without dropping a detail
• A data-driven approach - you track what worked, and you say so
• Valid passport and the ability to travel roughly 30% of the time across the US and Canada
• Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or another startup / entrepreneurial environment
