Job description

• The Contact Center Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales representatives within a contact center environment. This role oversees daily operations, monitors performance metrics, and ensures the team consistently meets or exceeds established sales goals. The position plays a key role in driving sales effectiveness, maintaining service quality, and supporting overall business objectives

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the sales team.
• Training and Development
• Develop and implement effective training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure the team is well-informed.
• Performance Monitoring
• Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
• Work Schedule Management
• Coordinate and manage the work schedule for the sales team.
• Oversee the shift assignments and ensure coverage during operational hours.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to optimize overall workforce efficiency.
• Customer Engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Remote Work Oversight
• Manage and support the team during remote work on Sundays and Mondays.
• Implement strategies to maintain team connectivity and productivity in a remote environment.
• Reporting
• Generate and analyze reports to track individual, individual, and service provider performance.
• Provide regular updates to upper management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of water heater installation industry or related field is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
