- Title: Java Full Stack Developer – React / Angular
- Location: NYC, NY / Alpharetta, GA
- We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- The candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and/or Angular.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following established coding standards.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases and write optimized SQL queries.
- Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across both frontend and backend layers.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support automated testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers when required.
- Identify opportunities for improving application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ / Java 11+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
