- The Support Analyst is responsible for delivering procedural support to all clients through telephone, email, chat, and client portal correspondence. The scope of this job centers around timely resolution of escalated client issues involving a variety WellSky solutions, including clinical, billing, training, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
- Support user-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide superior client service and ensure outstanding quality resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and document solution operations.
- Complete thorough documentation of issues.
- Ensure the required response and resolution times are met.
- Collaborate with and support other team members.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0-2 years relevant work experience
- Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing, workflows, or related healthcare operations.
- SQL training, coursework, or practical experience.
