- Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Inside Sales Representative. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and want to contribute meaningfully to a high‑performing, industry‑leading organization, this opportunity could be a strong fit.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to perform the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
- Work in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking between phones, emails, and various software programs.
- Support showroom sales by answering sales calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving order issues.
- Ensure personalized customer service with timely responsiveness & proactive order management.
