• The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, creating relationships with new customers, and promoting a wide range of rental equipment and solutions to the construction and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Creating relationships with new customers
• Promoting a wide range of rental equipment and solutions to the construction and industrial sectors

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction project lifestyles and equipment applications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must be self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed goals
• Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
• Must have an excellent driving record
• Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Promote a positive customer experience

• Minimum one year of experience working in a sales or sales support role
• Previous experience in a sales environment, preferred
• College degree in a related field, preferred
