• We are seeking a Media Campaigns Analyst to join our global Lodging, Ground and Media (LGM) team, where innovation knows no borders. • As a Media Campaigns Analyst, you will help deliver successful digital advertising campaigns across Sabre’s travel marketplace, including Sponsored Property and Display Advertising products. You will support campaigns from setup and optimization through performance reporting and billing reconciliation, using data to identify trends, investigate delivery issues and improve campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and Operations teams to deliver strong customer outcomes and maintain operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising campaigns from setup and pacing through performance reporting and billing reconciliation.
• Monitor campaign health using metrics including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), property participation, booking attribution, pacing and budget utilization.
• Analyze performance trends, investigate delivery issues and recommend campaign optimizations.
• Provide clear campaign reporting and actionable insights to internal teams and customers.
• Partner across Sales, Account Management, Product and Operations to improve campaign performance and processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of digital media experience, including campaign analysis and optimization.
• Experience with digital advertising campaign management platforms or similar media tools; experience with Monetize is helpful but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance and turn data into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, regions and time zones.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
