• Executive Coordinator/Chief of Staff Associate- Image Guided Therapy (Plymouth, MN)
• The Executive Coordinator / Chief of Staff Associate is an early-career opportunity for a high-potential professional, ideally an MBA graduate or current MBA candidate, who wants direct exposure to a President and senior leadership. This role combines executive administration, project coordination, and chief-of-staff support, helping the President operate effectively by managing calendar and travel logistics, preparing meeting materials, coordinating follow-ups, supporting priority projects, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organizational discipline, and a proactive interest in learning how senior business decisions are made and executed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, organizational, and project coordination support to the President, acting as a trusted partner who helps manage priorities, follow-through, and day-to-day operating rhythm while learning how executive decisions are made and executed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone, and written correspondence, helping triage requests, prepare draft responses, develop meeting agendas, capture action items, and create executive-ready materials and presentations aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain and proactively manage the President’s calendar, coordinating complex scheduling, prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the President is prepared with the right context, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, agendas, and related logistics, in compliance with organizational policies and budget guidelines. Support leadership events, workshops, customer visits, and offsites by managing logistics, materials, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead and coordinate monthly MOR leadership team meetings, including agenda planning, participant coordination, meeting materials, pre-read preparation, action-item tracking, and follow-up to ensure decisions and commitments are clearly documented and executed.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the President, including tracking milestones, coordinating inputs from stakeholders, preparing status updates, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and helping ensure decisions and commitments are executed with speed and clarity.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree; MBA completed or in progress is preferred.
• You are early in your career and motivated by the opportunity to gain direct exposure to a President, senior leadership decision-making, business operations, and enterprise-level priorities.
• Your skills include strong organization, executive calendar and travel management, project coordination, written and verbal communication, meeting preparation, action-item tracking, stakeholder follow-up, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• The salary range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $99,000 to $157,000, annually.
• The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
