Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional project management services
• Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution with client processes and tools.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards through adhering to client processes and tools.
• Providing mentorship/leadership to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Driving innovative ways of working, constantly seeking new approaches and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
• Embracing an inspiring, innovative, and optimistic mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of proven New York City experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Ability to be present in the office up to 4x/week.
• Proficiency in building client presentations.
• Client facing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-end retail projects from inception to completion with the ability to pivot, and redirect accordingly.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience leading projects within financial services specifically retail banking
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Project scheduling – MS Projects super user level
• Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation
• Knowledge of construction processes and NYC building codes
• Proficiency in project management process, software, and tools
