- Digital Solutions Advisor is responsible for being a strategic advisor and functional product lead for Absence Management and Employee Relations globally. The role shapes technology strategy, translates complex business requirements into secure and scalable solutions, and builds alignment for successful delivery and adoption.

- Through effective governance, release management, project delivery, change management, support, analytics, and continuous improvement, the role strengthens service delivery, operational efficiency, informed decision-making, and global user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Partner with Human Resources, Employee Relations, Payroll, IT, , and vendor stakeholders to define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy for Absence Management and Employee Relations case management that aligns with business priorities, regulatory requirements, employee experience goals, and long-term value.
- Requirements and Solution Design: Lead the discovery, documentation, and analysis of business, functional, reporting, integration, privacy, security, and compliance requirements. Design secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions spanning Absence Management plans, eligibility, entitlements, self-service, integrations, and reporting, as well as Employee Relations case intake, workflows, role-based access, documentation, notifications, analytics, retention, and auditability.
- Release and Implementation Delivery: Assess releases and enhancements, maintain product and process documentation, coordinate impact analysis and testing, manage defects and vendor escalations, and recommend adoption based on business value, readiness, and risk.
- Responsible AI and Intelligent Automation: Lead the business evaluation and adoption of embedded AI, generative AI, and AI-agent capabilities in partnership with Privacy, Security, Legal, Compliance, and business owners. Identify high-value use cases, define measurable outcomes, coordinate pilots and testing, assess output quality and potential bias, and establish appropriate human-review and escalation controls for the responsible use of sensitive HR and Employee Relations data.
- Change, Adoption, and Continuous Improvement: Develop communication, training, and adoption plans for new capabilities and process changes. Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and documentation while identifying opportunities for automation, analytics, standardization, and improved user experiences.
Requirements
- HR Technology Experience: Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, managing, or advising on enterprise HR technology solutions, including cloud-based HR platforms such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or comparable technologies.
- Product and Delivery Leadership: Experience leading complex technology implementations, major enhancements, or product initiatives using established project, product, and delivery practices.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives and HR process needs into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations that reflect leading practices and global considerations.
- Functional and Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of HR processes, enterprise technology, integrations, data, reporting, and current and emerging technology trends. Experience with Absence Management, Employee Relations case management, or an adjacent HR domain is strongly valued.
- Strategic Advisory and Influence: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, communicate technical concepts clearly, and influence decisions by providing actionable recommendations that balance business value, cost, risk, and resources across global, matrixed teams.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors preferred
- 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale HR technology implementations or enterprise product enhancements.
- Experience supporting Absence Management, Employee Relations case management, or related HR service-delivery processes.
- Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, analytics, or digital employee experiences.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting AI-enabled HR or case-management capabilities, including generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or AI agents.
- Knowledge of privacy, security, compliance, records retention, and risk-management practices related to HR technology and sensitive employee data.
- Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
- The expected salary range for this position is $107,300 - $130,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
