Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, learns to perform duties as a Systems Business Analyst within the business department. This position will support analytical and administrative activities related to the commercial loan system operations and department reporting. This includes commercial loan system administration and reports on deposit and lending activities. Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in multiple systems and can synthesize it into actionable insights. Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.
• Internship to start Spring 2027.
• Competitive pay starting at $20/hr.
• Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.
• Start date: Staggared start Tuesday January 26th, 2027 & Wednesday January 27th, 2027
• New Hire Orientation: Friday January 29th, 2027
• We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1 status and will not sponsor them for work visas.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student with a degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, or Finance at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina .
• Successful completion of an analytics or systems analyst course required.
• Prior experience with system administration and/or reporting systems such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
• Requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently.
