• We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This individual will liaise with all departments to provide strategy and planning across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors and account leads in delivering excellent client service, responding promptly to requests and managing client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and external partners, including ticketing, press, and specialist agency teams where relevant.
• Translate client briefs into clear plans for internal teams. Manage project timelines, track progress, and help deliver campaigns from planning through completion.
• Partner with Creative Studio and other teams to develop campaign plans, improve workflows, and resolve challenges.
• Prepare for and help lead effective client meetings, with clear agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-up.
• Support campaign strategy and planning, including media strategy where appropriate.
• Complete weekly billing, coordinate project estimates and invoicing, and support Account Directors or account leads in managing budgets.
• Help train and coach Account Coordinators. Anticipate peak periods and potential workflow issues, managing up to Account Directors with recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a client account executive, account coordinator, or related role. Experience in arts, culture, entertainment, and theater, is a plus.
• Strong client relationship and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and move work forward.
• A proactive, resourceful approach and sound judgment when solving problems or anticipating client needs.
• An entrepreneurial spirit; proven record for being a self-starter, proactive, and the ability to work autonomously.
• The ability to contribute to campaign strategy and work effectively with creative, media, and other specialist teams.
• An understanding of project budgets and financial goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Asana is a plus.

• The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $66,300 to $84,999 per year.
• The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
