- Sandvik is seeking applications from motivated individuals for Equipment Sales Professional. The role is responsible to promote and sell the organization’s products and services within a list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales of products and services to mining customers
- Establishes and maintains sales relationships with major accounts/customers
- Develop a Sales plan for designated set of customers, as well as pipeline opportunities
- Anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit
- Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, understand customer decision making process
- Responsible for achievement of budgeted order intake and revenue.
- Responsible for price quality in line with Sandvik’s processes and rules.
- Collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systems.
Requirements
- We are looking for a strong and trustworthy relationship builder with genuine interest in fostering healthy business connections with customers and mines, preferably with a technical university degree of mining application, combined with extensive experience from a similar role (min. 5 years), specifically in the mining industry. Work location is flexible.
