HR Coordinator at Trimble in India - Chennai (PX)

Job description

• The PX Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and project support across HR Reporting, Performance Management, Offboarding, Employee Engagement, and core People Experience functions. Utilizing modern HRIS platforms, generative AI tools, and data-driven workflows, this role ensures operational continuity, optimizes routine processes, and elevates employee experience across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• PX Communications & Messaging: Draft, edit, and coordinate organization-wide PX communications—including announcements, lifecycle emails, policy updates, and newsletter updates—ensuring clear, empathetic, and inclusive messaging.
• AI & Process Optimization: Leverage AI productivity and generative AI tools (such as, Gemini....) to draft comms, automate repetitive administrative tasks, summarize survey data, and streamline daily workflows.
• PX Operations & Offboarding: Provide end-to-end operational support for PX processes, including offboarding coordination, documentation, tracking, and exit task execution.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives—such as pulse surveys, recognition programs, culture events, and inclusion efforts—fostering a positive workplace environment.
• PX Business Partner Support: Partner closely with PX Business Partners (PX BPs) to support local and global initiative rollouts, manager support, and operational delivery.
• Data Integrity & People Analytics: Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS platforms (Workday) and collaborate with People Analytics to generate insightful workforce data, reports, and trends.
• Advisory & Compliance: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, offering guidance on PX policies, self-service tools, procedures, and compliance standards.
• PX Projects & Continuous Improvement: Support cross-functional PX projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, updating policies, and implementing new HR systems.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3+ years in an HR or People Operations role with broad exposure across lifecycle functions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to draft clear, engaging emails and employee communications.
• AI & Tech Proficiency: Proficient in leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for content drafting, task automation, and data analysis.
• Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms (Workday preferred), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Project & Time Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Discretion & Ethics: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive, adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build effective internal relationships.
