• You’ll bring advertisers into the action across traditional television, digital and Connected TV (CTV), with opportunities spanning the NFL—the No. 1 programming on television—Big Ten football, Wisconsin Badgers athletics, Green Bay Packers coverage, the NBA and Milwaukee Bucks, the WNBA, March Madness and NCAA basketball, Major League Baseball and Milwaukee Brewers, UEFA professional soccer, WIAA sports coverage, WIAC athletics, Wisconsin Huddle, CBS Sports, PGA Tour golf and more.
• At News 8 Now and Phase 3 Digital, we are transforming how local businesses connect with customers through high-impact digital advertising and Connected TV solutions. As a Sports Account Executive, you will build innovative, data-driven campaigns that combine the unmatched impact of live sports with OTT, CTV, programmatic display, streaming audio, paid social and traditional television.
• You’ll be a trusted marketing partner to local businesses—helping them turn attention into action, build their brands and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and grow new business relationships with local and regional advertisers.
• Create customized, multi-platform campaigns featuring sports, CTV, OTT, streaming audio, paid social and programmatic advertising.
• Present clear, compelling marketing strategies that align with each client’s goals, audience and budget.
• Partner with creative, digital strategy and analytics teams to launch, optimize and report on campaigns.
• Use campaign insights and performance data to make informed recommendations and earn long-term client partnerships.
• Stay current on sports media, digital advertising, streaming and emerging technology trends.
• Meet and exceed new-business and revenue goals, with uncapped commission potential.
