• Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
• As the Front Desk Associates, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.

Responsibilities

• The Front Desk Agent at the Bear Paw Lodge in Beaver Creek - Bachelor Gulch is responsible for the following:
• Open front desk and lobby each morning, review arrivals and departures, update housekeeping report
• Check guests in and out, conduct pre-arrival communication, and touch base with guests after arrival
• Conduct daily inspections of managed condominium units, logging inspections dates and reporting issues found
• Provide assistance to homeowners and guests in person and on phone
• Newspaper and package delivery
• Assist with projects
• Other duties as assigned
• On-site parking
• Position is bonus eligible
• Housing available

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Previous hospitality experienced preferred
• Valid US driver’s license
• Professional appearance and excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
