Job description

• We are looking for a Director Product Manager to advance our identity resolution capabilities and build future-proof identity and activation solutions. You will own product strategy and roadmap across both identity and activation, bring a clear point of view on where the market is heading, and turn that into products customers want to buy.
• This is a senior role for someone who can operate at two altitudes. You set direction and vision, and you are also hands-on: close to customers, close to engineering, and comfortable making the calls on what gets built and in what order. You will play a meaningful part in expanding our client base, which means you understand the market, the buyers, and what it takes to win them.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for identity resolution and activation, and make the prioritization calls that keep the team focused on what matters most.
• Advance our identity resolution product: graph building and enrichment, cross-device and cross-identifier linking, and interoperability.
• Own the activation side with equal weight: audience activation, data orchestration, and delivery across a broad and growing set of destinations, including platforms and DSPs, in cloud-native environments.
• Develop a clear understanding of the market and competitive landscape, and translate it into product positioning and roadmap decisions that expand the client base.
• Partner directly with customers and commercial teams to understand what they need, and translate commercial requirements into clear, buildable specifications for engineering.
• Work hands-on with engineering day to day to deliver, unblock decisions quickly, and keep the roadmap moving.
• Own privacy and data governance considerations across the product, so that identity and activation are built to a privacy-first standard from the start.
• Define the success metrics for the products you own, and use them to guide investment and iteration.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or B2B data platforms, with a track record of owning products end to end.
• Deep domain expertise in identity resolution and device/identity graphs: how graphs are built, enriched, maintained, and measured.
• Strong experience in the activation and data movement domain: audience activation, destination integrations, and cloud-native or composable data architectures.
• A clear, informed point of view on where the identity and activation market is heading, and the commercial judgment to know which customers and use cases to build for.
• A demonstrated record of helping expand a product's customer base, ideally with platforms, DSPs, media networks, or similar AdTech customers.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and commercial teams and translate their requirements into specifications engineering can build against without a long back-and-forth.
• Hands-on delivery experience: writing specs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping alongside engineering in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort setting direction and operating with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
• Working knowledge of the privacy and consent landscape and how it shapes data products.
• Curiosity about how AI is changing product configuration, data discovery, and activation workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
