Responsibilities

• As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll serve as a strategic partner in attracting exceptional employees for a variety of roles across the organization.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Recruit for high-volume frontline positions as well as professional and leadership roles
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent networks
• Create recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Community Engagement & Networking
• Attend job fairs, community events, workforce development activities, and networking events
• Build relationships with colleges, career centers, workforce agencies, and community organizations
• Develop partnerships that create long-term recruitment opportunities
• Recruitment Marketing
• Create engaging job advertisements and social media content
• Promote Siffrin's employment brand across multiple platforms
• Identify creative ways to connect with potential candidates
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement
• Track recruiting performance and hiring metrics
• Evaluate sourcing effectiveness
• Recommend innovative approaches to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences

Requirements

• What We're Looking For
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum two years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, or similar platforms
• Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, social services, behavioral health, long-term care, or developmental disabilities
• Experience with high-volume hiring
• Social media recruiting experience
• Knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and pipeline development
• Professional HR or recruiting certifications
• Experience in the Developmental Disabilities field is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for finding great people.
