• We are hiring a part-time talented Medical Assistant (Spravato) in Brownsburg, IN. The Spravato Medical Assistant is responsible for serving as a point of contact to coordinate medical care, providing support to patients and psychiatric clinicians, ensuring quality customer service to patients as they navigate the mental health experience.
• $20 - $24 an hour

Responsibilities

• The Spravato Medical Assistant supports psychiatric clinicians in delivering safe, high-quality patient care and treatment services. This role oversees day-to-day treatment operations, rooms patients, obtains vitals, administers medications as ordered, monitors patients throughout treatment, maintains clinical documentation, manages medication and supply inventory, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Additional responsibilities include providing patient education, coordinating with pharmacies and referral partners, assisting with prior authorizations and patient paperwork, and supporting clinicians with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant required
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of healthcare, clinical, or customer service experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with EMRs and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
