- F&M Trust is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our team in McConnellsburg, PA.
- This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Financial Services Representative, you will assist customers with their everyday banking needs while helping them identify financial products and services that support their goals.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other banking transactions.
- Assist customers with account questions and service requests.
- Build strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations.
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling cash and financial transactions.
- Support branch goals through teamwork, referrals, and service excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy

- Previous experience in banking, cash handling, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required.
