Job description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Communication Specialist to support a premier law enforcement agency. This role plays a critical part in driving the client's internal IT Business Intelligence (ITBI) communications and elevating data storytelling across the organization. Specifically, the communications specialist would be responsible for:
• Developing and managing internal communications, newsletters, and the program's SharePoint content.
• Conducting and translating complex analyses into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
• Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), guides, and other instructional materials.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and data calls.
• Developing materials to best market ITBI’s services and products, and updates and maintains the program's intranet web presence for the organization.
• Ensuring consistent branding, tone, and structure across all ITBI communications.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Associate's degree minimum education or eight years of overall work experience may be substituted in lieu of.
• Five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience in communications, IT Business Intelligence and data storytelling.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Strong writer who also creates narrative driven visuals and executive reporting materials
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in PowerPoint development, executive‑level presentations, and drafting clear, concise briefs and written communications.
