Job description

• We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to run the hands-on execution behind our demand generation engine. This is a builder's role: you'll own our webinar program end to end, be accountable for demo request conversion, and keep lead routing fast, accurate, and trusted by sales.
• You'll work inside HubSpot and Salesforce every day, executing campaigns, processing lists, QA'ing what goes live, and reporting on what worked. You'll report to the Director of Marketing Operations and partner closely with demand generation, content, SDRs, and rev ops.

Responsibilities

• Webinar and virtual event operations
• Build and manage webinars end-to-end, registration pages, forms, reminder and follow-up emails, on-the-day production support, and post-event lead processing.
• Own the webinar build calendar and hold the timeline with content, demand generation, and speakers.
• Process registrant and attendee lists with correct source attribution, campaign membership, and engagement stamping.
• Report registration, attendance, and downstream pipeline for every webinar.
• Demo conversion
• Own the demo request path end to end - forms, landing pages, confirmation, and scheduling flows.
• Be accountable for demo request conversion rate; run A/B tests on forms, CTAs, and follow-up cadences and act on the results.
• Work with SDRs on speed to lead; find and fix drop-off, failed submissions, and broken handoffs.
• Keep demo routing, notifications, and response SLAs working as intended.
• Lead routing and lifecycle
• Build and maintain lead routing rules in HubSpot and LeanData, assignment, round robin, and territory logic.
• Maintain lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and MQL handoff logic, and QA them on a regular cadence.
• Troubleshoot routing misfires, HubSpot–Salesforce sync errors, and duplicate records.
• Document routing logic and keep runbooks current so the team isn't dependent on one person.
• Campaign execution and data hygiene
• Build the emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows that campaigns run on.
• Run list uploads, imports, and enrichment with correct formatting, deduplication, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Keep the database clean, dedupe, normalize values, and fix field mapping issues.
• QA every campaign before it goes live (and after).
• Reporting
• Build and maintain campaign, webinar, and funnel conversion dashboards.
• Pull ad hoc reporting for marketing and sales stakeholders.
• Flag anomalies in volumes, conversion rates, and routing before someone else notices them.

Requirements

• Skills & Abilities
• A hands-on builder who is comfortable working inside marketing automation tools daily, not just directing the work.
• Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset, you check your own work before it ships.
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent campaigns and hard deadlines without dropping detail.
• A curious troubleshooter who follows a broken lead all the way to the root cause.
• Clear communicator who documents what they build.
• Education & Experience
• 3–5 years in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or campaign operations.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments preferred.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required, workflows, forms, lists, landing pages, and email builds.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and the HubSpot–Salesforce sync.
• Experience running a webinar program on a dedicated platform (Sequel, Goldcast, Zoom Webinars or Similar).
• HubSpot Marketing Software certification.
• Experience with lead routing tools
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clay) and reporting tools
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for list preparation and analysis.

• Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $135,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
