• As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. • As a leader on our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Department of the Air Force programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Department of the Air Force programs
• Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
• Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with customers and stakeholders
• Guide mission critical customer to accomplish its program goals within budget as we improve aircraft availability for our Air Force customers

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a program manager in an Air Force program office
• Ability to lead acquisition or sustainment programs for the Government
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a program manager working on Air Force aircraft programs
• Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills ensuring program goals are met within budget and timeline constraints
• Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP Certification or military equivalent certification

• Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
