With critical decisions being made every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your industry knowledge to develop solutions within language-enabled open source intelligence in support of Department of War and Intelligence Community customers. We’re seeking your advanced advisory skills to join our military intelligence programs team to help deliver creative solutions to complex problems.
• As an open source intelligence expert, you’ll bring your analytical expertise, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and research expertise as we uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions as well as model future events and correlations. You’ll lead a team that uses emerging technologies including data science, automated workflows, and advanced analytics to process metadata and content for discovery purposes.
• On our team, you’ll guide the development of models with advanced analytics and methodologies such as qualitative and quantitative metric analysis to uncover patterns within complex multi-variable data. You’ll provide the client with support for the planning and implementation of open source intelligence analysis. You’ll use critical, information-based research and analysis to relay findings to decision-makers.
• You’ll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings including the development and mentoring of others on discovery tradecraft and open-source research that drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team using emerging technologies including data science, automated workflows, and advanced analytics to process metadata and content for discovery purposes
• Guide the development of models with advanced analytics and methodologies such as qualitative and quantitative metric analysis to uncover patterns within complex multi-variable data
• Provide the client with support for the planning and implementation of open source intelligence analysis
• Use critical, information-based research and analysis to relay findings to decision-makers
• Be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings including the development and mentoring of others on discovery tradecraft and open-source research

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with open source and publicly available information
• Experience with managed attribution research capabilities
• Experience with project management for delivery of intelligence products
• Ability to conduct open source research and analysis utilizing proper operational security tradecraft
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies
• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience directly supporting military intelligence customers
• Experience with advanced analytic capabilities utilizing AI/ML capabilities
• Ability to speak, read, or write in a foreign language

• Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
