Responsibilities

• Design and optimize cloud platforms, DevSecOps practices, and software delivery pipelines across our AWS and SaaS based ecosystem.
• Architect, build, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms using AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, and modern DevOps toolchains.
• Leverage AI-powered automation and intelligent DevOps practices to accelerate software delivery, enhance operational efficiency, improve reliability, and drive continuous innovation across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, operational resilience, security-by-design, and AI-driven innovation.
• Enable faster delivery of high-quality digital solutions while reducing operational complexity and manual effort.

Requirements

• Required
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Infrastructure Management, and CI/CD automation, with a strong understanding of modern software delivery practices and AI-enabled operations.
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipeline design, DevSecOps practices, and troubleshooting complex deployment issues.
• Hands-on expertise with DevOps tools including GitHub, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Artifactory, Wiz, and AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Extensive experience managing AWS cloud environments, infrastructure operations, and DevSecOps standards.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platform operations.
• Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages, with experience developing AI-assisted automation workflows, scripts, and agentic solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI and AI-driven automation to improve developer productivity, infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response, and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use AI-assisted troubleshooting, analytics, and root cause analysis to resolve complex platform issues.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and secure infrastructure design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for continuous improvement, automation, and AI-driven innovation.
