• Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging, outgoing professional to lead membership sales and customer service for new and existing clients.

• Confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program
• Are resourceful, adaptable, and confident making decisions while staying aligned with our brand and systems
• Love engaging in meaningful conversations—and know the power of listening
• Turn feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service
• Have previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
• Are comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing
• Are enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates
• As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience. Your responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients warmly and tending to the visual presentation of the studio
• Educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program
• Following a proven sales process
• Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries
• Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client
