Job description

• Direct contact with clients for renewal of an existing book of business. Obtaining renewal applications, working with underwriter teams, policy processing, documentation, and basic risk assessment. Works to ensure accurate and timely handling of client submissions, quotes, and renewals while adhering to established underwriting and compliance guidelines.

• ​​• Processing insurance submissions, endorsements, and renewals in accordance with company standards.
• • Gather and review documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• • Maintain accurate and organized client files and database records.
• • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to obtain required information or resolve routine inquiries.
• • Ensure all regulatory requirements and compliance policies are followed in day-to-day activities.​

Requirements

• ​​• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• • 0–2 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related administrative role.
• • Familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts is beneficial but not required.​
