• We are currently hiring for a Test Engineer IV.

Responsibilities

• Production Support
• Designs, Develops and documents ATE and ICT (HP/Keysight 3070)
• Develops/Debugs ATE and ICT software programs
• Develops new state of the art test fixturing and test programming methods
• Monitors pilot production activities
• Generates test procedures and test data sheets
• Performs all other job responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of both analog and digital electronic circuits and design.
• Strong programming skills in both low and high level programming languages.
• Ability to apply statistical analysis methods to improve process control.
• Knowledge and ability to program ATE test equipment.
• Strong/effective communication skills.
• Knowledge in the use of Lean Manufacturing tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to identify cause and effect relationship and develop potential process improvements
• The right person is committed to active participation in a continuous improvement culture
• MS Office Suite knowledge
• 8+ years
• BS (Engineering) Required
• MS (Engineering) Preferred

Benefits

• The posted pay range, $112,700 - $150,200, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
