• Collaborate to establish availability and performance objectives.
• Interpret technical needs and adjust platforms accordingly.
• Serve as a senior technical contributor ensuring monitoring reliability.
• Guide platform evolution and improve service quality.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish platform SLOs and reliability metrics.
• Lead observability design efforts for monitoring platforms.
• Perform advanced configuration and automation.
• Reduce manual operations through automation.
• Define and maintain network-monitoring standards.

Requirements
