Responsibilities

• Will work on the project from inception to end using Agile, Competitive Benchmarking, Project Planning & Prioritization, Market Research, Go-to-Market Strategy, Customer Interviews, User Stories, Product Marketing, Road Mapping, Customer Journey, Brand Management, Change Management, Inventory Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Supply chain planning and optimization, Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies, Data analytics, Project Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management and Negotiations Technologies: Selenium, SQL, HTML, CSS, C, C++, Python, SAP, R, Figma, HPALM, qTest, AWS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, Google suite, Canva, Trello, MATLAB, LTSpice, VERILOG, RPA, Miro, Arduino, Blynk.
• Will define and communicate the product vision, ensuring the development team understands the long-term goals and how each piece of work contributes to the bigger picture, own the product backlog end to end, including creating, prioritizing, and continuously refining user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility, write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria so the dev team knows exactly what success looks like before they start building, make real-time scope and priority trade-off decisions when competing demands arise, balancing stakeholder needs against team capacity and delivery timelines, gather requirements from multiple sources including stakeholders, end users, leadership, and cross-functional partners, then translate those inputs into actionable backlog items, serve as the primary point of contact between the business side and the development team, ensuring both sides stay aligned and informed throughout the sprint cycle, review deliverables against acceptance criteria to validate and accept or reject completed work, ensuring quality standards are met before anything goes to production.
• Will define success metrics (KPIs) to ensure success is tracked in a measurable, data driven way and communicate product progress, risks, blockers, and upcoming plans to stakeholders and leadership through regular status updates, demos, and reporting.
• Will conduct or participate in backlog refinement sessions with the dev team to break down large epics, clarify requirements, estimate effort, and ensure upcoming work is sprint-ready and stay close to end users by gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, monitoring support issues, and conducting research to inform what gets built next and in what order.
• Will manage and validate external dependencies with partners and vendors, ensuring their deliverables align with internal sprint timelines and don't create downstream delays and agile ceremony leadership including sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.
• Will define and own the product roadmap, adjusting it as priorities shift based on new business needs, market changes, or technical discoveries, champion the user experience by advocating for usability, consistency, and quality in every feature and screen the team delivers.
• Will drive alignment across teams by facilitating conversations, resolving conflicting priorities, and ensuring everyone works toward the same outcomes.

Requirements
