• Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Product Manager, Lung HCP Professional Promotion Marketing, located in Horsham, PA.
• The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute professional marketing strategies for RYBREVANT FASPRO + LAZCLUZE. In this role you will be developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and resources for non-personal promotion and media. The product manager will work closely with a large, cross-functional team from Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, US Medical Affairs, Commercial Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Oncology Portfolio marketing to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for RYBREVANT FASPRO + LAZCLUZE. The successful candidate will shape how healthcare professionals engage with the brand across digital and omnichannel experiences, while identifying practical opportunities to improve marketing through technology, data, and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
• Help lead content development for non-personal promotion assets.
• Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
• Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
• Lead HCP non-personal promotion content strategy and execution across RYBREVANTHCP.com, media, and emerging platforms, translating brand strategy into connected, customer-centered experiences.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market intelligence, and competitive signals to prioritize work and improve performance.
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns with speed, quality, and accountability, including promotional review, brand governance, and cross-functional planning.
• Advance new marketing capabilities through AI-enabled tools, automation, advanced analytics, and thoughtful experimentation while improving processes, collaboration, and measurable business value.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
• Experience with project management
• Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
• Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
• Preferred Skills:
