Responsibilities

- Hire talent and onboard new sellers in the geography
- Direct involvement in top accounts and strategic deals
- Contribute to pilots, thought leadership for change, and provide field perspective for new tools and processes
- Ability to drive growth applying sales leadership processes such as one on ones, pipeline management, activity management and leveraging sales programs and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
- Manage pipeline that supports monthly forecasting.
- Track record of growth and business performance
- Local to Ohio and/or Indiana Markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of leading sellers and leaders of sellers
- Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
- Track record of growth and business performance
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Proven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities as well as finding and retaining key sales talent
- Business acumen to stay ahead of revenue needs and ensure sales meets or exceeds commitments to deliver profitability results
- Experience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $150,000–$165,000 annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
