- Job Title: Operations & Customer Service Coordinator
- Location: On-site (5 Days/Week)

- We are seeking a Temporary Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will be responsible for customer service, order management, logistics coordination, inventory reporting, and general operational support to ensure smooth business continuity.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Accounting, and Logistics teams to manage customer requests, monitor open orders, support inventory activities, and coordinate operational processes.
Responsibilities
- • Monitor and manage open customer orders and provide timely order status updates.
- • Coordinate customer requests, shipment inquiries, and issue resolution.
- • Maintain standing orders and scheduled customer shipments.
- • Escalate customer-impacting issues to appropriate internal teams.
- • Support customer communication activities and operational updates.
- • Review and monitor open purchase orders.
- • Coordinate inbound shipments and receiving activities.
- • Track backorders, supply disruptions, shipping exceptions, and carrier issues.
- • Support shipment documentation and shipping compliance requirements.
- • Submit freight and carrier claims as needed.
- • Assist with vendor and facility issue coordination.
- • Perform weekly inventory reviews and monitor stock levels.
- • Identify shortages, replenishment requirements, and inventory risks.
- • Review lot-controlled and expiring inventory.
- • Support inventory reporting, reconciliation, and audit activities.
- • Assist with physical inventory counts and customer inventory reports.
- • Maintain operational trackers, reporting files, and administrative records.

Requirements
- • 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management.
- • Experience working with ERP systems, order management systems, or inventory management systems.
- • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- • Previous experience working with QuickBooks.
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
- • Experience supporting life sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- • Experience with inventory control and supply chain processes.
- • Experience working with SharePoint and reporting tools.
- • Familiarity with purchase orders, shipping documentation, and vendor coordination.
