Director, Product Marketing — Threat Intelligence & ThreatLabz at Zscaler in Remote - USA

• We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to serve as the dedicated Product Marketing Manager owning the global GTM, thought leadership, and content strategy for ThreatLabz — Zscaler's world-class threat intelligence and security research engine. This is a remote-eligible role reporting to the VP, Solutions Marketing. In this role you will lead a hybrid team of technically minded creatives to set a new standard for how threat research is shared in the industry. You will translate complex threat research, telemetry insights, and security findings into compelling narratives that resonate with security leaders (CISOs), technical practitioners, information sharing organizations, and tier 1 media properties, driving global authority and market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated ThreatLabz PMM Owner: Own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle for ThreatLabz. Translate highly complex, technical threat data, vulnerability research, and security telemetry into clear, commercialized value propositions and market-facing narratives.
• Content for Every Surface: Create and commission impactful content engineered for human readers, machine ingestion, and AI-driven discovery — ensuring ThreatLabz research reaches every audience, in every format, through every channel that matters.
• Orchestrate High-Impact Launches: Lead the cross-functional GTM launch engine for major threat research releases, collaborating closely with Demand Gen, Public Relations, Analyst Relations, Product Management, and Creative teams to maximize global market reach.
• Sales Empowerment: Enable our global sales force to have deeper, threat-informed conversations with executive buyers (CISOs, CIOs). Develop high-value collateral, pitch decks, and customer-facing threat briefs that connect active industry threats directly to Zscaler's architectural value.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the evolving threat landscape, track how competitors and analysts frame threat intelligence, and ensure our go-to-market strategy positions ThreatLabz as the industry benchmark for security insight.

Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• 10+ years of dedicated Product Marketing (PMM), Solutions Marketing, or GTM Strategy experience within the B2B SaaS, Cloud, or Cybersecurity industries.
• Proven success building and scaling global thought leadership programs derived from technical research, platform data, or proprietary threat intelligence.
• Experience leading or building hybrid, cross-disciplinary teams
• Exceptional ability to write, edit, and orchestrate complex messaging frameworks that appeal to both C-level executives and highly technical security practitioners.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with and enabling cross-functional PMM teams to integrate shared intelligence into their own product campaigns.
• Direct product marketing experience specifically within threat intelligence, security operations (SecOps), cloud security, or incident response domains.
• Experience working closely with Public Relations and Analyst Relations teams to leverage proprietary research for earned media coverage and top-tier analyst placement.
• Proven ability to craft messaging for both technical and executive-level audiences

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
