- We are seeking a motivated Account Manager join our growing team. This person will support our producers and service team and work out of our office in Eau Claire, WI.
- We are looking for someone eager to learn, who enjoys building relationships with clients, and is excited to contribute to a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with a high volume of incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Identify client needs and provide timely, accurate support.
- Assist with quoting, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and renewal preparation.
- Build positive relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems.
- Support resolution of client questions and follow up as needed.
- Maintain records of client interactions, process account updates, and file documents.
- Work closely with producers, account managers, and other team members to support day-to-day service needs.
Requirements
