• Job Description
• The Cisco Network Engineer(Support) is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise network infrastructure. The role includes managing Cisco routing and switching environments, wireless networks, firewalls, load balancers, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Perform software upgrades, patching, and configuration backups.
• Support 24x7 operations and critical incident resolution.
• Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Manage VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, VRFs, and routing protocols.
• Implement network changes and maintain network documentation.
• Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues.
• Resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Support network expansion, migration, and transformation projects.
• Implement routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and load-balancer solutions.
• Participate in network capacity planning and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Due to specific project and client requirements, this position is open to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders). Sponsorship is not available at this time.
• This position is based in Minneapolis, MN & St Paul, MN, and requires 5 days per week working from the office.
• The Candidates need to be on-site all 5 days at any 1 location
