- The Software Development Advisor will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for post-trade and financial processing platforms. The role involves enhancing platforms in reconciliation, receivables/payables, and trade connectivity systems, while collaborating with business and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Candidates must have 3–6 years of relevant software development experience, strong object-oriented programming skills, and expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, UNIX, and cloud technologies. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team. A bachelor’s degree is required. Prior experience in financial markets or post-trade processes is preferred.
