Job description

• The Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, prioritized, and translated into actionable requirements.
• The role collaborates closely with Product Owners, Agility Coaches, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirements elicitation workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, business requirements, and functional specifications.
• Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, data flow diagrams, and business models.
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design and validate that proposed solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off activities.
