• Rogich Insurance Group – Allstate Insurance is looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative.
• Expected Annual Compensation: $55,000–$70,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)
• This is not a traditional customer service position where you simply wait for customers to call. We are looking for someone who will take a proactive approach to managing and building relationships with our existing customers.
• A major focus of this position will be reaching out to customers, conducting policy reviews, discussing upcoming renewals, identifying coverage gaps, and making sure our customers have the right protection for their current needs.
• As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call existing customers to conduct policy and account reviews.
• Review upcoming renewals and reach out to customers before they have a reason to shop their insurance.
• Review auto, home, umbrella, recreational vehicles, and other personal insurance policies for coverage gaps and additional needs.
• Ask questions about changes in the customer's household, vehicles, property, drivers, and overall insurance needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Help retain customers by addressing premium concerns and identifying appropriate coverage, discount, or product options.
• Handle incoming customer service calls, texts, and emails.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, documents, and other service needs.
• Follow up with customers after claims and other significant policy events.
• Take ownership of customer requests and follow through until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer conversations, policy reviews, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with our sales and service team to provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Requirements

• An active Property & Casualty insurance license and previous personal lines insurance experience are required.
• Has previous experience servicing personal lines insurance customers.
• Is comfortable and confident making outbound customer calls.
• Has experience conducting policy reviews and discussing coverage with customers.
• Can build rapport and have meaningful conversations rather than simply processing transactions.
• Is comfortable discussing renewals, rate increases, coverage options, and additional insurance needs.
• Understands the importance of account rounding and customer retention.
• Is organized and disciplined about follow-up.
• Can manage a busy workload while providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Takes ownership of problems and works toward solutions.
• Is comfortable working toward measurable goals for customer outreach, policy reviews, retention, and cross-selling.

• We offer an expected annual compensation range of $55,000–$70,000+, consisting of a competitive base salary plus commission. Base salary will be determined based on insurance experience, licensing, and qualifications.
• Commission is earned by identifying and cross-selling additional insurance products to our existing customers. With an established book of customers, there are significant opportunities to earn additional income through proactive policy reviews and customer conversations.
• This is not a high-pressure sales position. Our approach is to understand each customer's needs, make sure they are properly protected, and identify coverage or policies they may be missing. When those conversations result in additional business, you are rewarded through commission.
• There is no cap on the opportunity created by successful cross-selling, making this a great position for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys customer service but also wants to be rewarded for results.
