Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing issues, and coverage explanations
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services
• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support the agency team with administrative tasks and daily operations

Requirements

• Prior customer service, sales, or insurance experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
• Active South Carolina Property & Casualty or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
