Job description

• Industrial Supply is looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to support our Gillette branch.
• This is a PART-TIME position with a variety of responsibilities, including receiving and stocking products, picking and packing customer orders, assisting customers at the front counter, and occasionally helping with local deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and accurately stock inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist customers at the front counter in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and coordinate with other team members to meet customer needs.
• Verify products and quantities to maintain order and inventory accuracy.
• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with local customer deliveries when needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Support the branch wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Follow company procedures and safety expectations while demonstrating Industrial Supply's core values.

• Delivery driving experience involving direct customer interaction.
• Experience in industrial supply, distribution, construction supply, automotive parts, or a similar environment.
