• SeaDream Yacht Club is seeking a Marketing Designer to help shape and execute the visual expression of our brand across marketing, digital and guest-facing experiences.
• This is a hands-on creative role for a designer who can move comfortably between concept and execution. You may develop the visual direction for a campaign, design an email, create the look of a direct mail piece, build digital assets, or use AI to visualize a new creative or digital idea.
• We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts who also enjoys making things. This is not primarily a UX or website design role. While there will be opportunities to contribute ideas and visual concepts for our digital experience, the core of the position is creating thoughtful, elevated marketing creative across channels.
• The ideal candidate is also curious about how AI is changing the creative process and excited to experiment with new tools to develop concepts, explore visual directions, create mockups and improve production.
• As SeaDream grows, this position offers the opportunity to take on greater creative ownership and evolve into a broader creative leadership role.

• You can take a campaign brief, think through what it should look and feel like, and then personally create the pieces that bring it to life. You are equally comfortable exploring a new visual direction and opening InDesign to get something finished.

• Initially, the Marketing Designer will be an individual contributor working closely with our existing Graphic Designer and broader marketing team. Over time, there is an opportunity to take on greater ownership of creative direction and design services, with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the function evolves.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design marketing materials across email, direct mail, digital advertising, social media, web, presentations, sales materials, signage and other brand touchpoints.
• Translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual systems that work across multiple channels.
• Design direct mail and other print materials from initial concept through final production.
• Create digital and social assets, including light video editing and short-form content using existing footage and assets.
• Support the visual development of marketing for new yachts, destinations, onboard experiences and other major SeaDream initiatives.
• Work alongside our Graphic Designer to maintain consistency and quality across SeaDream's creative output.
• Use AI tools as part of the creative process for concept development, visual exploration, imagery and treatments, mockups and production efficiencies.
• Explore and visualize potential website and UI improvements through concepts and mockups when needed.
• Maintain and evolve SeaDream's visual brand standards across marketing and guest-facing touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Prepare final files for digital and print production.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an in-house creative team, agency or consumer brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative concept development and hands-on execution across digital and print.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience designing email and digital marketing creative.
• Experience with print design and production, including direct mail or similar materials.
• Ability to take a project from initial concept through final execution.
• Comfort working with AI-powered creative tools, or a strong interest in incorporating them into the creative process.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for digital concepts and mockups.
• Experience creating or editing short-form video content is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Collaborative, curious and comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback.
• Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, lifestyle or another premium consumer brand is a plus.
