Responsibilities

• - Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handling inquiries.
• - Provide clerical support to the billing department.
• - Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• - Provide general administrative support to all members of the team.
• - Provide general admin support to other departments as needed

Requirements

• - Minimum of HSD/GED.
• - 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience.
• - Dependable with the ability to work a consistent in office setting
• - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
