- Join our team as a Warehouse Manager and play a key role in keeping our distribution of operations running efficiently and ensuring our patients receive the equipment they need.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to oversight of day-to-day warehouse operations including Inventory Management, Inventory Controls, Shipping, Receiving, Dispatch, Warehousing, Equipment Servicing and Repair, Fleet management.
- Lead the daily management of the department ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Analyze and incorporate effective workflow and process steps and ensure consistent application of those processes.
- Effectively and appropriately delegate to staff, utilizing their skills effectively.
- Hire, train and evaluate warehouse staff to meet the goals of the department.
Requirements
- Five years of HME/DME knowledge (Preferred)
- Two years of inventory, warehouse, DME, or medical experience (Required)
- Two years’ management (Required)
