- Courtesy and friendliness given to every person who walks through the doors.
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks and food to patrons.
- General cleaning of bookstore, restaurant, and storage areas of coffee shop.
- Familiarize yourself with books and other inventory in bookstore to help assist customers.
- Help in arranging bookstore displays and restocking of both coffee shop and bookstore as necessary.
- Responsibility for opening or closing the Porch depending on the shift and other staff scheduled.
- Overseeing volunteers during your shift
