Responsibilities
- Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and personalized consultations.
- Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions.
- Use creative sales approaches to connect emotionally with guests and differentiate Vacatia in a competitive market.
- Track and measure performance to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
- Contribute to a supportive, results-driven sales culture built on excellence, collaboration, and integrity.
Requirements
- A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to connect authentically with guests, identify needs, and tailor solutions.
- Experience in timeshare, real estate, travel, or high-ticket sales preferred.
